Actually, it really is an honor to be Jason's Best Man because he's one of the best men I know.  He is truly a quality individual.  He's a great friend and lifelong confidant.  We were always together.  We were really more like brothers. I have always wanted the best for Jason and that's why, when he told me about Melanie, I knew she was The One.  She has so many of the same core values and principles that he does; it's easy to see why they get along so well. It was [insert number of years ago that Bride and Groom first met] years ago now that Jason and Melanie first met at [insert story about how they first met].
